Dr Georgina Tsagas is a practising Solicitor, qualified in England and Wales, a registered Attorney-at-law with the Thessaloniki Bar Association in Greece and an Associate Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council in the United Kingdom, as well as an Accredited by the Hellenic Ministry of Justice Mediator. She has been awarded her Ph.D. in Law by Queen University London, which focused on the reform of M&A UK/EU law in support of corporate sustainability objectives and has been part of the team of the EU Horizon 2020 for responsible trade.

Georgina has held full time and visiting academic posts at several Law Schools of a series of Russell Group Higher Education Institutions in the United Kingdom since 2013, including University College London, Bristol University, King’s College London and London School of Economics. She has several years of a wide range of legal experience and expertise in the fields of English Contract Law, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, UK and EU Corporate Law, EU regulations, and Commercial Law with extended expertise in ESG compliance and policy formation. 

Georgina acts as a Consultant Solicitor in Corporate Law for Simons Rodkin LLP in London. She has been awarded with the award of ‘Most Innovative International Mediator 2023’ for her private practice GT Mediation | Dispute Resolution by the SME Legal Awards in 2023. On a regular basis she provides training to professionals and lawyers with Law Business Research UK on Modern Slavery, ESG Compliance, Conflict Management, Mediation and Directors’ Duties. Georgina has bilingual fluency in English and Greek.
