Georgia Papaioannou is an Attorney-at-law registered with the Athens Bar Association with an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London (under the academic direction of QMUL and UCL), as well as an Accredited Greek Mediator having trained at the Piraeus Mediation Center – KEDIP.
In the past she worked at a series of renowned Greek law firms and at Alpha Bank of Greece acquiring several years of a wide range of legal experience in the fields of Digital Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, GDPR, Employment Law, Contract Law and Commercial Law, having worked specifically on projects relating to GDPR compliance process, Videogame software agreements, the management of environmental law cases and environmental licensing for photovoltaic power plants and mergers and acquisitions between companies operating in the renewable energy resources (photovoltaics, wind farms) sector. She speaks English and Italian.
