Giovanna Kyrillou is a partner and an accomplished attorney-at-law registered with the Piraeus Bar Association. She holds a master’s degree in banking and finance law from the University of Piraeus and is currently pursuing an LLM in Tax Law at the University of Athens. Giovanna has extensive legal experience in corporate, commercial, and financial law, working on projects related to venture capital structuring, alternative investment funds, and worldwide exports of bio/organic products and licensing, land planning, and commercial contracts for photovoltaic projects.

Giovanna speaks English, French, Arabic, German, and Spanish. She has previously trained at the Legal Service of the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Water and Waste (RAEWW) and the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPA) – Auditors’ Department in Greece. Her background in accounting and finance complements her legal expertise in commercial and corporate agreements.
